There is an abundance of nutrition information in this big wide world-- from the web, to bestselling books, to magazines.  If just handing you a sheet with a diet was all it would take, EVERYONE in the United States would be fit and healthy, and know how to eat.  Follow up appointments are recommended to teach, guide, encourage and challenge you  to make changes in your habits and choices.

Together we decide how frequently and how many visits will work for you.  Typically clients come every 2-3 weeks for a one hour appointment.

many topics can be explored, it is your choice what we discuss..

---  In addition, to discussing what to eat, we spend time on HOW to eat

We plan meals for your and your family...
Identify if you are an emotional eater? a mindless eater?
                   a stress eater?....
Learn to distinguish between hunger and appetite...
Do you have a "diet head"--and how to get rid of that mindset..
How to manage the midlife fat cells....

There are many other topics to explore !  You will be given a list of things you can choose from for your sessions.
