Hi, I’m Tracy Owens and I provide cutting edge nutrition interventions that promote health and healing so you can get your life back and feel your best!
I help patients with frustrating medical conditions like autoimmune conditions such as Hashimoto's hypothyroidism. I also help clients who are suffering every day with debilitating GI conditions like Crohn's, Ulcerative Colitis and IBS, or migraines. If you are ready to trade feeling crummy all the time to feeling great most of the time, then you are in the right place!
I practice Functional and Integrative Nutrition. I am not your average dietitian that gives out the same basic (boring and ineffective) nutrition information to every single client. Instead, I dig deep, and specialize in analyzing and assessing all of the facts and history behind you and your condition and then offer personalized recommendations.
I am alsoa Board Certified Sports Dietitian where I specialize in sports nutrition, and I help athletes optimize their performance and stay healthy. I am also equipped to help athletes who are struggling with some of the same frustrating health issues listed above which keeps them from performing at their best. My love for sports nutrition was born out of all 4 of my children being very athletic and I saw the need for them to be well fueled and hydrated. They played football, baseball, tennis, soccer, along with swimming.
I am the owner of Triangle Nutrition Therapy, which I started 25 years ago. I live in Raleigh, North Carolina, married for 38 years, I am the mom of 4 grown children, (2 sons and 2 daughters), and my grandma name is Gracy. I am one proud Gracy of 3 sweet grandchildren!
