It is the beginning of a new year and once again, with the "New Year, New You," slogan filling the airwaves, the dieting season has officially begun. However, despite our abundance of technology and resources, there is more confusion now than ever about what to eat, when to eat, ....or when not to eat, because even fasting has become a huge trend now.

So how do you know if you should do paleo, Whole 30, gluten free, dairy free, keto, low carb, no carb? Or maybe your head is spinning, wondering if butter is good or bad, or will eggs cause a heart attack. You may be totally confused about probiotics and prebiotics and wonder if you should take them and if so, which ones? When it comes to vitamins, one day you may read they are a waste of money, other days you hear someone talk about how beneficial they can be for your health. Is your head spinning yet?
